Vivian joined our team in 2024 following a career managing student rentals. Having earned her degree in Biological Science from the University of Guelph, Vivian made the decision to pivot to a career in condominium management and she brings the skills she cultivated in her previous profession to her new role. Vivian focuses on fostering positive interactions with the boards of directors, unit owners, and external service providers with whom she connects. Her embrace of learning and the satisfaction she gains in successfully dealing with new challenges serve to enrich her knowledge and expertise in condominium management, thereby achieving beneficial outcomes for her portfolio of clients.
